You'll now remember every dream but it would be better if you wrote it down. Basic stuff to make a self check to see if you're dreaming is to pinch/slap yourself, read or check the digital clock which will look nonsensical and unreadable. Do this as your daily activities here and there so it becomes a norm for you. After you realized you're in a dream you'll become sort of a deity. Everything that's on your mind will manifest right before your eyes. You can change whether, summon people, force them into your desired situation and everything else you've ever wanted. Just don't start jumping and flying since that's newfaggy. Now that the normie part is out of the way let's start with the schizo stuff.
You really need to start torturing your brain to the max. For consistent oshi dreaming you'll need an alarm clock going off every half an hour. The desired state is the one where your brain can't recognize what is going on and starts remming immediately after you've fallen into sleep. Brain starts being scared of your schizoself and it's frightened from the constant alarm spam. If you start falling asleep as soon as you wake up be sure to download one of those alarm clock apps that doesn't shut up unless you solve an equation or take a picture. Your brain will fight back by making your dream checks obsolete as the time goes by but at this point you're practically invincible and you're ready for your final step. Introducing your oshi.
After you've reached this point you've probably dreamt of your oshi once or twice but this is the next level. You'll notice that your brain takes the last thought you've had when you were awake and transforms it into the setting of your dream as soon as you start sleeping. Here you want to make a playlist of your favorite streams. I'd recommend zatsus or asmrs. Your last thought will become your oshi and alarm clocks and ongoing VODs means you'll pick up at least 7-8 dreams about your chuuba where you control all interaction. Sleep paralysis will come up more often so just be sure to activate your smallest muscles by trying to look to the side with your eyes. That will kick your nervous system. Demons become friendly after a while. You can do all this without being an autist with the alarms but that would take a year, probably more. This schizo way will make you reach this state in less than a month. After you went through all this you can finally shut up those alarms and start sleeping normally unless you want to become a subject of psychiatry. Lucid dreaming will become the norm so there is no need for all that torture.
