The hype over them feels artificial as hell. Like I don't like Luxiem but I get that they just have a ton of Chinese girls slobbering over them.
It feels like most of the fans for Tempus are in it for the memes or they're using the guys as battering rams against hololive or nijisanji. Regis is getting a ton of hate for being BFE fujobait or whatever but he's the one with the best air time, played well in their collab, had a smooth debut and he's bringing a bunch of real skills to the table. Meanwhile the board is going crazy over a daddy that isn't good at anything whose personality is just being a really average 30 year old dude.

I'm a holostarsfag too and I actually think they'll all be fine in a month when they settle in but I'm cynical as hell about the fanbase and people seeming to only be supporting them for reasons completely unnrelated to their content, the exact same way Twitterfags support JP Stars because they hate idol culture.

He sounds fake as fuck among a gen of 3 other pretty sincere sounding genuine bros. He definitely has a genuine bond with the other boys as we saw in the collab but the way he presents himself is painfully artificial. His voice and mannerisms are also pretty annoying.

I'd argue that at least at this stage he's worse than even Uki because his gay BFE schtick feels so manufactured. Uki is more comfortable just being himself (even if that "himself" is just being a bit of stereotypical gay guy). I'll give Regis the benefit of the doubt, because he lead the charge on a big debut. Apparently he already improved a little at the end of the their first little collab. Can't verify myself since I didn't stick around for it because he was too grating at the beginning of it, but I'm open right now to take people's word for it. Still, the guy really has work ahead of him in terms of being more natural.

Recently Holo management assigned a whore in each gen to interact outside of holo (advertizing homos, cross company colab colabs, random shit that happens outside holo) and that's the only member allowed to do those things, probably to contain yabs since the recent shit shows
Kinda weird how some of those kinda big things happen, 1 member is the only interaction and the other never even mention it
I've only noticed this in newer gens recently (both ENs, even Kiara stopped trying to branch out while Mori is going full out, Oli in ID, the rat, La+ in X)
