I think theres just something about Rust that brings out the toxic and drama side in everyone, just like LoL. They are professional corporate workers before gamers, vtubers, and girls so I expect all drama and hurt feelings to be performative. You see anon the truth is Pekora actually does love Miko. The problem is that when Miko gave her the MIGOP it shocked her so bad that her autistic brain had no idea how to handle it so she ran away and hid from Miko. Miko believing Pekora hated her was extremely depressed as she blamed herself for ruining their friendship. This is where Suisei entered. You see Suisei is also in love with Miko and used this opportunity to get close to Miko. It was the Cold Winter of 2021 and during an off collab Suisei made her move she violated every inch of Miko. Miko fell in love and she realized that she belongs to Suisei however a womans heart can wander. Suisei knew this so she invited Miko to the Rust server knowing Pekora would be there she knew Matsuri would be toxic and encouraged Pekora to be toxic. She wanted to remind Miko that Pekora is a menhera who hates her and Suisei is the one for Miko. Suisei showed up after the collab and they had hot passionate sex with Miko as soon as their respective streams ended.

Pekora knows she lost and there is nothing she can do now.

You know acting can still involve the emotion being faked. You gather scrap and raid monuments for loot. There are special places where you can find better loot, you can also craft your own weapons. It's really grindy and hard to obtain the necessary materials to both build a good base and also maintain it, as the base deteriorates without a back up supply. The game is built such that someone who's spent whole days grinding and finding loot like guns and explosives can easily stomp others, but smart players can raid the base of more advanced ones if they know what they're doing.
Matsuri has a decent supply of weapons, ammo and explosives such that she can stomp others and take revenge on anyone that surprise attacks her and tries to steal her guns. With enough explosives, nobody's base is safe from raiding, and you can reset them basically back to zero.

Not only was she not the only one who cried or even the one who cried the hardest, but Suisei cried under the exact same conditions during the next tournament while Aqua didn't even cry at all. Everyone, including the other Holos, felt like she was in an unfair position during that tournament and had an undue amount of pressure on her, down to everyone admitting to targeting her since they saw her as the biggest threat, but she still managed to congratulate everyone and give a whole speech making it clear that her loss was her own and next year she would try again.
