talking is an unconscious action
singing is a conscious action
by virtue of having to actively choose to sing, you're naturally putting more effort into it and trying to do it well

Because to sing effectively you have to sing it in specific tones and octaves or it sounds like shit so your voice's pitch changes a lot.
When you're speaking you don't need to say letters in a specific way so you tend to keep at the same octave and that's dependant on your accent.

I agree with you, but I still like Enna's voice. It sounds genuine and not overly annoying. It took me months to get used to Selen's voice.
