So the male equivalent wouldn't exactly be "dudes ripping each other for getting too much pussy" (nevermind that this doesn't even translate - the problem with pickme girls isn't that they're "getting too much dick", and if it were, that's not exactly a complimentary equivalent either, you know, the whole key and keyhole analogy?), it would be dudes trying to appeal to girls by trashing other males, constantly proclaiming how they're "not like all those ~other guys~ ...(m'lady)", and in an effort to set themselves apart feigning some interest in a few "female" fields (like, idk, nail polishing or sumshit) to appeal to girls.
So basically, that sounds more like the stereotypical "nice guy", which would be the correct "pickme" equivalent, and those "nice guys" are also pretty universally loathed from all sides, so yeah...
