Her music wasn't doing well and she got to the point where she considered giving it up, but took a gamble on Hololive being something that could work out for her. If it didn't work she likely didn't have the confidence in herself to continue, and this is even when she has worked several shitty (sometimes literally) jobs.
I could speculate on why she streams as many hours as she does, but it's probably better to just summarize those thoughts as, she wants to keep doing this while moving forward with everyone and she may be worried about people leaving. She very much likes being here and I've seen no reason to believe the things that she has shared about her feelings or goals aren't genuine.
