Mori is the most likely to leave. While she enjoys the role, it's not creatively fulfilling for her. She personally wants the status and fame and stardom that comes with being an internet rappist. At the moment, this is being associated with Mori's character, not Mori herself. She sees her career with Hololive as a stepping stone for fame. Getting the UMG contract is her way of getting in to the industry, making contacts, getting noticed, experience, etc. I can't imagine this contract lasts longer than a year. Once the contract ends, it's difficult to see Mori sticking around, as by that point she should be established enough to strike out properly on her own.
Ina is the next most likely to leave, purely because she doesn't have a reason to stay other than to collect a paycheck and have fun with friends. She doesn't have much ambition and doesn't have any particular goals she wants to achieve. As it stands, she's just drifting. If a better job opportunity knocks, or if she'll start needing to work harder (e.g. dancing and such), it's difficult to see her putting up with it. The business with Sana needs consideration as well.
Ame is the creative glue that holds EN1 together. It's difficult to see her leaving because she's an integral part of EN. If you were management, you'd incentivise her to stick around, probably with financial incentives and a bit more creative freedom. It would still probably work out cheaper than losing her, or fronting the costs and gruntwork of tech stuff themselves.
Kiara loves Hololive. She won't leave unless an opportunity knocks that provides a 10x benefit compared to what she has now. Either that or a massive yab, maybe she'll start ranting about George Floyd Mayweather on stream.
Gura? All she has to do is ride it out. She's raking in subs and cash just by existing and providing a steady trickle of content. She has no particular ambitions or goals. Why would she leave? For content freedom? Literally everything is done for her in Hololive - scheduling, ideas, marketing. Going solo and having to do all that shit yourself is a pain in the ass. She better be investing her money in a high interest bank account and dollar-cost averaging into index funds. Within the next few years, she can retire and never have to work again. Hell, her kids will probably never need to work a day in their lives either. She can just spend money to make money and invest in what makes her happy.
