Gen 3 had literally 1 good chuuba (Flare) Marine and Pekora are normiebait, Noel and Rushia literally forgettable
Gen 4 has 2, Watame and Luna, Towa is somewhat decent and Kanata and Coco were literally horrible...
Gen 5 is literally Botan, Nene and Lamy are kinda decent but I tend to forget that Polka exists
Myth is just Ina, the rest are meh except Mori that it's probably the worst Holo
Don't get me started on Council... not even 1 good streamer...
Tl,dr: if you compare HoloX with any previous generation they are waaaay better
