Saying you want to talk to her because you think she's (X) and then say you don't know what to talk about because you don't know enough about her. That flatters her, establishes your confidence which women adore, and instantly sets her up to talk about herself, something women also adore. It also lets you get to know her better. Also, this is a conversation we're having now, which you struck up just fine on your own. You problems are most likely nerves, lack of confidence, and lack of information on her interests which as I just said can work for you instead of against you.
