Someone bought a bunch of Vwhorejo-related domain names and started scamming indie Vtubers with emails from it, including Nux. Vwhorejo did absolutely nothing about it (which is fucking illegal), and Nux was the one who sounded the alarm. He was also the one who took the scammer down, with the help from other people who cared. He then made a PSA about it, and even consulted the Vwhorejo cybersecurity "expert" about it, letting him preview the video, and getting a complete, unambiguous green light. He posted it, and Vwhorejo even thanked him on Twitter, everything's archived BTW. Then Nyanners has her spergout about "MUH PRIVACY" for no apparent reason ans tries to rally as much people as possible to take Nux down. No one knows why, either the company is clinically retarded and there was a massive miscommunication, or Nyanners realized how fucking bad the whole situation makes them look for ignoring the problem before Nux came out, so she decided to backstab and bury him just in case. Nux then comes out with the receipts for EVERYTHING, and Vwhorejo couldn't back up a single statement they made against him, including the "we didn't want it posted" one, they had nothing. Public opinion changed of course, and everyone there started backpedalling, with half-hearted apologies. Only Zen ended up actually apologising to Nux and her fanbase (for making them feel retarded).
The whole shit was started by Nyanners, and it's a perfect example of how vile she actually is. And it aligns with her previous behavior.
