>>29734184Whilst this is true for the vast majority of twitch vtubers, there is a small handful that are diamonds in the rough, and are allowed to grow and thrive much easier than those struggling with 5 viewers on YouTube. It's much easier to grow on Twitch, anyone that wants to make it will gravitate towards there because as a new English speaking indie on YouTube your chances of ever hitting 100CCV nevermind 500 or 1000 is pretty much impossible. How many can you name that did that? Small corpos don't count, just independent English vtubers that started from nothing on YouTube and made it... yeah, I thought so.
It sucks but it unfortunately is what it is.
The things I don't enjoy about twitch are made up for by the indies that are good at what they do and don't cave to the culture, just want to make it and thrive.
