Her father is either some rich politician or CEO. She has tried to invite him on stream before but he apparently declined because he was worried people would recognize his voice. Due to his job she got shipped around a lot as a kid between Japan and the Philippines so she missed school a lot and never got to socialize with kids her age.
Then she went to Australia for high school. Because she struggled with English she got put into the special ed class with the aspie kids and got made fun of for it. At home the family she was staying with would bully her for her poor English pronunciation and openly shit talk her because they thought she couldn't understand them. Because she was always so loud while streaming at night they moved her bedroom into the basement and they stopped cooking meals for her so she basically had to come out from the basement after they went to bed and cook on her own like some sort of gremlin.
tl;dr She's just another kid who only has a decent life online.
