I originally didn't know how serious the set of cards I'd make were going to be. Only kept going with the silver because of consistency. Probably should change the boarder.
But like you pointed out, if they were black boarder, that might cause even more confusion! What a dilemma!

Here is half of them. The set focuses on Fan counters, which are like experience counters. There are 3 unique keywords that interact with fan counters; Idol, Donation and Trending.

Idol: You may remove any number of fan counters you have to have CARDNAME enter the battlefield with that many +1/+1 counters. When CARDNAME leaves the battlefield, gain fan counters equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on it.

Donation X—Remove X fan counters you have: effect.

Trending X: If you have {param1} or more fan counters, CARDNAME can activate it’s abilities without paying there mana costs.

Been quietly following this since like two threads ago and I really like how the set is coming together.
Some possible suggestions for wording, but I'm not 100% sure on them:

Trending X (If you have X or more fan counters, you may activate [cardname]'s activated abilities without paying the mana cost)
I think that reads a bit cleaner. The player activates activated abilities, not the card itself (see: Feral Hydra and its "any player may activate this ability"). Can throw in "activated or triggered abilities" in the reminder text if you wanted a bit more design space for it as well, potentially.
>Idol
Should probably stipulate when you remove the fan counters such as "When [cardname] enters the battlefield, you may remove any number of fan counters you have. If you do, [cardname] enters the battlefield with that many +1/+1 counters. etc."
>Elite Maiden
Can probably read "When you cast Elite Maiden, choose one -
- When Elite Maiden enters the battlefield, it fights target creature you don't control.
- Riot."
to save text? Riot resolves on EtB and the +1/+1 counter or haste stays as long as it is in play regardless if it still has Riot. It shouldn't remember which option you chose if it gets flickered or whatnot - it should come back as vanilla, unless my understanding is wrong.

Minor correction: Dangerous Dagger should read "Equip {2}"
Idol should definitely be slimmed down, maybe replace the card name with "this card" or get rid of the whole getting back fans when they die

With how Trending currently works, you'd be able to activate Wall of Emotes infinite times on 4 fan counters.
I think gaining a fan counter off opponents targeting Grim is fine. I'd be open to change it though.

Is Cali being red / white a hole filling thing? I see a little red with her character, but I’d jump to black being her primary color first given the whole death thing, then white given the intrinsic organizational nature of a bunch of reapers doing it.

I feel she fits red because Red is passionate and hard working. She also fits white because of her caring nature. She wants people to do their best at whatever they do and has said so multiple times. I personally feel like it fits pretty well, but I'm 100% sure she, as well as most holos, could fit into many different colors.

Blue also just has (dumb) sea creatures as part of its color identity. Every one of the seven Shark creature cards printed has been at least part blue. I'd think sufficient justification for Gura to be blue.
