The point is to make a small claim that is just enough to prove one's point, and therefore is the easiest to defend. The issue wasn't the most likely number, it was that the other guy claimed there were likely zero. To disprove that, I only need to show that there being 1 or more has a high likelihood.

The rrat was based on the fact that pre-hololive peko's fans bullied aqua in a game (pubg?) and made her cry on stream but there never was any proof that peko told them to do it. Besides that there's at least 1 story of them going out to eat after a concert (along with subaru?) so the rrat doesn't seem to be true at all.
