So Calli has stated that her irl friends were going to audition to Hololive and that's how she found out, right? Then she applies, gets in, and they're cool with her about it. But they obviously wanted to get in. This would have been in march-april and we don't know when they found out but Ame made her goodbyes to her friends in June.
Early June, Sydsnap (who we know is Mori's irl friend) makes her audition parody that gave birth to the Hime Hajime character, but there's a surprising amount of work and research that went into it....
TL;DR rrat: Sydsnap applied for Hololive and Calli beat her to it.
