>>30180841You can argue that she wasn't going for the plain meaning I suggested and there was a hidden meaning, that's fine. What you can't do is go for your meaning which requires the definition of clarifying to be reviewing.
>Regarding Nanashi Mumei's recent video upload, Management, Mumei, and other involved parties found that certain aspects of the video may be concerning to some viewers. All parties are looking into this issue together and the video has been privatized at Mumei's request.>Meanwhile, we would like to ask viewers to refrain from making any speculations regarding our talent or the creator of the video. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.>Please don't worry too much about the video! We're just clarifying some things. No bonking here!>and BIG thank yous to @Resu_desu @Shikabashi and @kanauru There's only one plain reading, that the video has been privatized and they are clarifying the rules that led to it being privatized but nobody is in trouble and you should stop crying about it because it was management's slip-up for being unclear on the rules. The option of the video coming back is never implied anywhere, you had to read that in by changing the meaning of words.
If enough fans harass them until they put it back, you could imagine a scenario where they do it but they are used to their fans harassing them and ignoring it so I doubt this is the one instance they suddenly buckle.
If they were just editing the video and putting it back they would say that by the way, literally every Holomem has done it before and says they are doing it on twitter because it's no big deal. The guy who made the video deleted his tweets about it, he didn't say, "sorry, had to make some edits, my bad".
