But the blame also is on management. They have these girls do all these projects and meetings for shit that won't even happen this year. Granted yes cool shit does get done but when shit gets cancelled for no reason or is dragged on then it's just wasted time, alternatively, management really kicks their ass to stop being lazy (example: forcing Myth to do the JP portal, and soon the ID portal as well).
