On Twitch everyone just starts up a stream with barely any plan a few hours after waking up, or immediately after waking up, stream a game and hang out with chat for 8 to 12 hours, then call it a day when they get tired. On Youtube streams seem to be more goal oriented or planned with a set amount of time in mind, like they're going to clear X chapters, or play Y short game to completion, or do a run or two of Z roguelite, whatever, or specially sit down for a zatsudan about whatever topic they already have prepared, or read superchats. On youtube you're tuning in for an episode of content, on twitch you're just watching some one spend their day on their computer.
