Fauna is more like Lamy than Noel. Both are soft spoken and princess like. Both like ASMR and have big titties. Both really can't sing all that great but are still better than Noel.
If you had to pick an EN that is most similar to Noel then yeah it'd have to be Fauna but you'd have to have a lot of qualifiers.

Could very well be the swimsuit with a jacket, the skirt looks really short for a "normal" outfit.

If it is swimsuits I wonder what it means for holosummer, either Noel gets both 3d and 2d versions of the same new outfit, or other Holos are also getting 2d swimsuits.
Both seem unlikely so maybe it's just something Noel did on her own and there's no swimsuits for other Holos.

I bet they'll be 2D with rigging and correspond with the anime they're doing which is just stills with moving mouths.
It'll also be a hoodie with a skirt since Noel can't show much skin on YouTube so she'll cover what has to, she's always hesitant to show off too much skin.
