As long as they make sure to shower and get extremely clean she can have a couple guests at a time as long as they take precaution. She's not a literal bubble child, she's just very susceptible to infections due to her lack of an immune system. She's gotten healthier in recent times and been able to eat minimal solid foods again and gained some minor ability to walk on her own with assistance as well so she's gained some muscle again. Most of what kept her completely out of the world was the pandemic, and that would've likely killed her in 2020, but she got covid a few months ago, and thanks to it not being nearly as strong now and her being on very good meds and plasma she's been alright, but she did unfortunately get the long covid, so the doc said she'd probably have it for roughly 3 months or so. As for an open relationship, I honestly don't know, I don't live in mouse's head, but I could almost see her being ok with it given how nice she is and not wanting to burdon people she loves over her issues. However connor has always been extemely understanding of her issues and isn't bothered by them, and a couple years back said he actually thought online relationships could be more beneficial for one reason or another. Keep in mind they've never made their relationship official to the viewers, it's just extremely obvious to anyone with eyes and ears.
