Well, based on her Fall Guys stream, the server she was using was in the States. Also, she knows what Cornhole is (a classic Midwest county fair game) and she primarily uses Imperial versus Metric. So all signs point to her being American. I figure she's a Midwest girl.

It's not really an accent so much as an odd way of enciating things/rhythm of speech (prosody), where she emphasizes the Ts and Ds. Like she would say "kitten" like "kit-ten" or "wood" like "woo-duh."
