Asians are genetically prone to hard work. White people get depression, psychological blocks, fatigue, etc. - their minds and bodies are screaming "For god's sake can we PLEASE stop working and get some rest?" all the time, just all the time. They have to get over it if they work around the clock to feed their families, but if the work environment is more relaxed they abuse the shit out of it. I've been working in IT for 11 years, and the difference is clear as a day - whites would constantly waste time by the water cooler, playing vidya or darts or some other shit. They constantly DISCUSS, LET'S GET TOGETHER AND DISCUSS IT FOLKS, HOW THE FUCK ARE WE GONNA APPROACH THIS COMPLEX TASK, WE NEED TO DEVELOP A PLAN AND ASSIGN DUTIES AMIRITE GOD LOOK AT THE TIME IT'S TIME FOR AN HOUR LONG DAILY SCRUM!
Chinks, japs and gooks, on the other hand, fucking hate communication, which is a problem on its own, but they are autistic, they can sit and just do the job for many hours. The problem is that when they are stuck and struggling, they keep trying even when it's so much easier to just ask for help.
It is for a reason that most of the sweatshops are in Asia or manned by Asians, and I don't even want to think about how hellish the conditions in the Apple sweatshops are that they have a rampant suicide problem.
