An EN holohouse is an interesting idea but broaching this on multiple fronts makes this ultimately unrealistic.
Career: Like legit the only ones who are fulltime in Hololive are Ame, Gura, and Kiara. No questions about it. Ina has too many priestess duties and other duties notwithstanding, and I don't feel like she would be comfortable committing into a "full time" mentality with Hololive, or at least living in a setting where everyone around her is going hard into something she only has a part time commitment to. Same with Calli. I don't watch ya boi but doesn't she still have reaper lessons and other things still going on that absolutely fucks with her time?
Location: Where would they live? I don't know how things might shake out in 3-9 months. Ame and Gura are easy; they live in the States. Calli is still doing reaper lessons, but will she continue? And if she stops, will her work visa expire and will she have to return to the States? Or is her work with Cover prolific enough that she can stay in Japan? Ina is in North America (assumedly) but if she's not in the States it's going to be difficult to move into a new country like USA to do work. And Kiara is in Austria lol. The location would have to be in North America, as any other location seems unlikely.
Baggage: No rrats here; going off of stuff the idols said on streams and common knowledge. Ame has the most baggage; she has pets. Two dogs, a cat, and now some fish? Holy hell living with a roommate with pets is living with those pets. That's a big ask and that's tough. You know how Bubba and Miki are always barking on Ame's streams? Imagine that but now with Calli, Gura, Kiara, Ina, literally everyone's streams because of Ame's pets. Ame is right to be very wary about wanting to live with others because of her pets. On a smaller side, Ame is in frequent contact with her family. They live close enough where they can visit. Brother Watson watches the pets when Ame's away, Ame spent Superbowl Sunday with her family, etc. She gets support from them and they help out, but that's not to the same extent as the next person... Ina. Ina lives with her folks and gets a ton of support from them. Meals, chores, stability, emotional support, etc. If she were to live in the Holohouse, she would get none of that and would have to be self-sufficient. This is on top of her priestly duties, and with Hololive being a part time thing for her. I haven't been watching Kiara for that long but I get the impression she can roll with the punches pretty easily. She seems OK transitioning into a holohouse quickly and would be comfortable doing so. Regarding Calli and Gura, I *really* don't watch either of those two, but they seem like they would be OK with moving into a holohouse with little/no baggage.
tl;dr;
Ame, Gura, and Kiara are OK with it careerwise (they're full time in Hololive; the other two are not)
Only Ame and Gura could do it locationwise in the USA; maybe Calli too if her work visa expires in Japan if she stops reaper lessons
Regardless it's probably not going to happen because of a combination of their personality quirks, their career objectives, the timing of everything, and their baggage
