first, meme review is a stream to show and explain western memes (of official hololive subreddit) to japanese audience and holos who are not familiar with either jokes that we are acusstomed and formats of them, it's not theirs hugebox but they acting like it is.
second, as for the materials she have, she is doing a rather good job, but well, sometimes she seem to not understand memes herself. But bear that in mind, she have to explain and translate jokes to a clueles person with almost zero knowlege about western internet jokes, it's not that simple and easy.
third, jokes are stale, but that's the problem of those who make them.
fourth, she have to choose memes that are relativly easy to explain, so repetition was inevitable, but also that's on reddit, they make fuckton of the same jokes.
fifth, due to limitation and copyright issues she can's show most of them, no matter how funny they are, film cuts, photos, anime, as was presented in current meme review, she had to buy stock images just to feature a meme.
