She wasn't the most popular in /jp/ even when she was actually fucking streaming, and that's a contingent of people who only watched holoJPs. Given how casual and massively watered down and normalfag-ized EN vtubing is now vs when she was actually talked about a bit for nakirium and dochi dochi I wonder how many unironic hardcore fans she has left in the EN sphere. Clipwatcher secondaries who literally only know her from fucking inventions of clipwatchers/comments (nakirium, dochi dochi etc) aren't "fans" of her, they're fans of the idea of her.
