Kiara's problem is that she doesn't realize that effort does not equal attention, I have seen so many artists complain that shitty 20 minute doodles go viral, but shit they spend weeks on doesn't get any traction.
Same goes with videos, low effort shit-post get thousands of views, your carefully edited/researched thing gets practically nothing.
This doesn't mean you shouldn't try, but if the audience doesn't give a shit, why bother going through so much trouble when the response is pure apathy, I think Ame realized this when her manager told her that she doesn't need to be super creative every single time, a creative idea here and there is fine.
