You can argue that the EN sphere has expanded a lot since Myth first debuted, and it has, but HoloJP keeps inclining despite their being 100+ NijiJP members and various corpos there, some of them pretty much mid-size like 774. So the population there likes what they're doing better than EN's growth strategy of trying ever harder to catch the attention of normalfags. Protip - normalfags don't like anime that much usually, and if they do it's action/kiddy stuff like SnK or DBS or BnHA. The cute girls thing Holos do isn't really their deal - moefags/waifufags from /a/ are the types who really strongly identify with and cling to Holos who can even somewhat convincingly act like an anime girl in every single way authentically, and it's easy to spot girls faltering and their masks slipping in EN, they don't even try really.
