Kiara never said Holos shouldn't do idol stuff, it's ridicolous to suggest seeing how she herself has always been ultrafocused on doing more of that
and she sure as hell doesn't belittle the efforts of others, she's the first to praise their performance when people like Watame or Nene do idol-y stuff
she's just stating a fact: for most of their time, Holos aren't idols
