Even someone whose done more of the streams then most (Kiara) has acknowledged that's not how she learns languages. Still, her stream with Kronii was great and one of their only real interactions so it's not like the stream shouldn't exist, it's just not about actually learning Korean which Kiara instead practices in her own time.
Sincere people wanting to learn languages are stuff like in the first Holotori collab Subaru requesting they speak to her in English even though all of them are ESL's and Japanese is their shared language or Sana agreeing to play Kirby with Watame in Japanese so she could practice reading it.
I think it'd be better for everyone if once a month the types who want to learn Japanese like Kronii or Fauna just did a JP-only stream with one of their JP friends. Most JP's are more than willing to embarrass themselves attempting English when they encounter EN members but the reverse is rarely true.
