>>30901999Hololive EN has had a very consistent problem (for the consumer side, for the producer side it's a fucking godsend in some ways) about being underestimated.
Every single live event I have ever gone to involving them, and every single IRL event I've seen online, has struggled to handle the amount of people that show up for it. If you've been paying attention to the con circuit, you'll notice that all of the Hololive events are in the main event halls now, right? And they still manage to cap those out. In 2021, they were put in Fan Expo side halls, and hit capacity hours in advance.
Merch runs that aren't pre-orders? Less sell-outs in 2022 for Omocat. Because in 2021, they hit sellout cap on the first day for everything, and MASSIVELY compensated for that on the second round.
I'm pretty sure the HoloEN audience as a whole is, while maybe not on par with JP punch for punch, much closer to them than the CCV indicates. Which is worthless for the horse-betting that a lot of people here come for, and that's fair, but it's useful for people who want to really look at it from a business-minded eye.
