Vesper jokingly said he wanted to name it after someone that apparently Axel wouldn't shut up about.
While Altare was there to first say DON'T DO IT, he decided oh well and let him say who it might have been.

Short version, Vesper says Axel probably talks nadoka behind the scenes, but nothing more than that.
People are stretching what that possibly means.
