>>30955297There is a reasonable middle ground between "collabs MUST always involve playing a game, so we don't run into awkward silence and have something easy to talk about (commenting on the game instead of having to fumble for conversation topics)" and "haha lets just wing it and have lazy low-effort talking collabs where we just randomly mumble about whatever comes to mind or sit there bored if nothing comes to mind".
And that is - have a semi structured "podcast" style talking collab format. You can prepare a few choice topics beforehand (ideally every participant does, so everyone gets a chance turn to talk about something that actually interests them), so you can follow along and know what to talk about in case your mind blanks and you fear dead air. Each topic can be talked about for 5-15 minutes, however long it takes until you feel it is done, and then simply move on to the next topic. Or simply structure whole episodes around a common "theme", be it travels, interests, hobbies, games, food, clothes, music, whatever.
Kiara herself even had a similar idea already, when she proposed some sort of zatsu collab to Mumei about various "girl stuffs", so a pre-planned "theme" so you know what to talk about, but alas so far there was no actual followup and it's stuck in (oops, no delivery)-purgatory until someone actually cares enough to remember to organize it. It even has enough potential to be a somewhat regular thing with various more guests, because there are some other girly girls in EN who would love to indulge the opportunity to be able to talk more about girly stuff with each other. Hell, you could even get Gura to show up for once, if you bait her with the topic of toenail polish or whatever
