Every agency staff is /here/
And not just here, in other places too. They are monitoring those threads for personal information leaks etc. I know at least 2 vtubers from one of the major agencies that at some point directly confirmed it, as in, they said their staff is watching /vt/
I would bet some of the jannies are associated with them too, maybe even belong to their staff. And if they don't, if I was them, I would contact those agencies ASAP and offer their help to earn some easy extra buck. Because I can imagine, having a janny for a place like this would be very beneficial for them.
