It might seem retarded, but the people they hire will continue to have a personal career on their own channels for a while. Not wanting to be weighted down by vtuber stuff is understandable. I'd say that it also prevents arguments over who gets the money from leftover vods, but since Anykara still sells Lulu merch to this day, that's not a valid point

Cocos channel is no longer monetized as far as i understand it. they straight up said that membership will be closed down
just checked a video and didn't get an ad despite not having adblock on or premium

Ame got close to a 1m solo vod with a new years stream, which I'm not sure if it counts cuz it was a special occasion and 9 hours long.
For some reason I can't sort Calli's vods by most viewed and not gonna bother looking up on a third party site.
