HoloID managed to make their own small sportfes, which required writing down a 12 page concept, finding people to collab with who have good chemistry, setting up everything and organzing schedules. AND building and grinding in Minecraft.
If girls want to be creative, they can. Being limited should only support your creativity to find new ways.
But back to my point, I don't think girls applying to corpos want to be creative. They're women, after all. And women want a safe space, where they don't have to do anything standing out or interesting and collect the money.
