But also that kind of balances out with how pulling nets you tickets to directly buy characters from the store, and during limited banners there is sparking. I think I saved for 3 months and got halfway there, so one guaranteed limited every 6 months with an extra 3-5 6* depending on luck (3 guaranteed from hitting hard pity at 100 pulls, which is nigh impossible since at 99 pulls you already have 98% rate for 6* characters)
And since there is a 6 month delay between CN and Global as long as you don't pull from the moment one limited character you want gets announced you will 100% get it. if it's permanent then maybe just hit pity once and wait for a paid selector or for it to be in the store, all in all pretty generous.
