Everyone wants a menhera GFE oshi until they get a menhera GFE oshi.
At first, her strong emotions draw you in. Your oshi cares a lot about her audience, and her streams are never boring. It feels nice knowing you're beloved so much.
But those strong emotions aren't limited to her audience. She's sensitive to all forms of criticism. She can't let anti comments go. She's venting on stream all the time about the haters which just stirs them up more and creates a neverending loop.
Worse, she's venting on Twitter, which just lets randoms chime in and drama escalate further. At her most extreme, she's even threatening suicide.
Bait threads are made on /vt/. Everyone's mocking her emotional instability. Because the fan mirrors their oshi, you get worked up as well and can't help replying to bait and defending her, to no avail.
When she's happy you're happy, and when she's upset you're upset. You begin to realize her mood swings are exhausting you.
And the worst part is that the menhera is untrustworthy and unreliable. Not because she's intentionally lying to her audience, mind you, but because she's hot and cold and her emotions and opinions change like the weather.
She might get frustrated playing a competitive game and tell her audience in a fit of upset that she's never touching it again. A week later she's playing it like nothing ever happened. You find yourself doubting all of her promises and the things she asserts on stream.
Brothers, don't make my mistake. Get an emotionally stable oshi. You'll be happier for it.
