Seems like Ironmouse is the only one they can collab with, probably because it would be a bad look to suddenly cut off someone with her condition. They haven't collabed with anyone else since Nyanners on the EN side. I think Ollie has done an Apex collab with Froot or Zen? Forget which. That's all, in a year.

There has to be a mutual desire. Mouse wants to be friends with everyone, so she'll reach out and ask. The only reason Vei/Kiara was supposed to happen was because Kiara wanted it (and lost out on Vei so she got Nyan instead). Ollie was more of a common interest thing with Froot and Apex Legends. RPR was also there. Ollie and Zen has happened, too, because apparently they all do things off line together.

As far as anybody knows, except for Mori nobody else in Myth really wants to do outside collabs (and barely want to do inside collabs) and there are a ton of barriers in place for JPs to collab with VShojo (namely language ones).

They don't happen because the respective sides don't seem to care much. There aren't a ton of VShojo / Niji collabs that don't involve Mouse either.
