Can't focus, have to constantly be the entertainer the entire time otherwise you get dead air/"she hates streaming" complaints etc. For a one-off game where it might be kind of fun to experience it alongside the viewers and/or ask viewers for help, like Superliminal for example, that's good. For a very grindy game like Rust it's not. If goomba really is on there all day/night enjoying herself I'd say that's actually a good thing. Plenty of Holos play it without streaming and you only know because someone bumped into them on-stream, it's not just Gura.
There's also the matter of you can't hide surprises and pranks etc on-stream and maybe Gura has some funny plans for if/when open Holo war breaks out.
