Rio sounds like what Mori wants to be, the suave woman who's just one of (and presumably in bed with) the guys. Basically the opposite of a ladies' man, and more like a men's lady.
On the off chance purple guy really is a woman, he's a perfect example of the charisma and confidence needed for a woman to truly earn a man's genuine respect and acknowledgement.
