>>31678272Just being yourself is a debuff. The company wants numbers. The streamers want numbers. Trendy shit gets numbers. Quality niche content will always underperform because the more you cater to a niche the more you filter out people who aren't interested in it. And even if people do get interested, they hijack that niche and drag it down into being bland and tasteless like with anime and video games because they don't have the testacular fortititude to openly and unironically like controversial things (ie loli).
Also, women get involved and the market caters to them...which filters men. Women might sometimes like things that men like, but the reverse isn't usually true...except when it's a stealth vehicle for exploring social commentary (ie /mlp/ exploring libertarian voluntarism in a monarchy overseen by an ancient benevolent god-ruler).
Basically, you can't ever have livers for everyone without many of them being intentional failures who prioritize low performing niches instead of pursuing flavors of the month and content trends. It's a full on anti-profitability mentality that contradicts the impetus for Nijisanji, as a publicly traded company, to prioritize shareholder profits at all costs. Niches are time and money sinks usually pursued for the sake of hobbyism, not profiteering, and that's why non-corporate 2views will always be where the real SOUL is.
tldr Muh public company chubas will never be good.
