The only "confirmation" I got was some vagueposting that happened in /wg/ where she said she had a nsfw alt.
Yes, they have similar artstyle, similar posting style, and one stopped activities when another started up. I still didn't put two and two together until someone brought it up in a sticky thread during graduation.
