There's nothing wrong with it, all the aesthetics come together nicely. It's just that it also doesn't take any risks, isn't inherently iconic or personal, and could be thrown on literally any anime girl because its most defining feature is "compatibility."
Definitely still better than Petra's downgrade, though. A solid uncontroversial outfit is better than one that makes you wonder exactly what the hell the designer must've been thinking. And in this case, when she winds up playing shooter or strategy games, da wose will definitely look the part as a military themed chuba. In that sense, it's actually a fantastic outfit for playing certain genres.
