Thus, low-effort, easily-consumable content gets far more views than content that would require to see them more than punchlines. Even in the latter, they see it as an exception, not the norm, if we're going by all the "lol yagoo dream is saved xD" comments.
tl;dr Western fans still don't care about idols, only memes.
