Can you imagine writing something thousands of times?
Let's use an example from one of the actual narratives the schizos use. Imagine taking out a pencil and paper, and writing the phrase:

One thousand times, by hand. By the 50th time it would be boring. By the 100th time it would be exhausting on the mind. What the fuck kind of mental state do you need to be in to write it one thousand times and still be ready to repeat it a thousand more?
