Can't think of anyone that fits the bill more than Rosemi. The boring numberfagging out of the way first

>she slowly started to reach the 3k realm, now is mostly stuck in 2.5k on good days, can be as low as 1.4k when she's not doing anything interesting - fanbase is comprised of mostly newfags, only her the most pathetic paypigs and her discord groomers watch her consistently
Now, as for why this happened
>debuts, has a very positive disposition, plays the innocent, naive seiso girl very well, has very cute, almost autistic mannerisms
>content is very varied, but she played the games she wanted to play and did creative stuff for fans
>all this while she was working full time, and often she'd do guerillas to spoil fans because it seemed that streaming was therapeutic for her
>hypes up her quitting her job like no tomorrow, promises better quality creative streams, longer game streams, had already created this sort of backlog of games she wanted to try
>was mostly transparent with fans where she could be, all her zatsudan were basically about work and family life, confessed to fans she wants to rid herself of the seiso persona she built for herself because she'd rather be seen as approachable, literally told chat she only swears around people she's comfortable with and that she does swear quite a lot with friends
>nearing mid March 2022, when she was supposed to quit, it is obvious she started to stretch herself too thin and burn out - she had been promoted in her job a while back and her streaming/working schedule was so hectic she often stream until around 1 AM her time and then she still worked on stuff afterwards, I'm guessing she averaged like 4 hours of sleep in the weeks leading up to her quitting
>she quits, she celebrates, fans are excited
>a while back before quitting she organized a collab with GirlDM, Ironmouse and Pikamee, it went very well, and she asked fans it they'd like to see this sort of thing again, say yes
>people thought this meant Rosemi would be more proactive in initiating and organizing collabs because she'd always been a very solo stream-intensive person
>as it turns out, after quitting, her content went to shit, she did a roughly a month of low effort collabs where she didn't really speak with people
>the girls in NijiEN love her, yet she always blamed being shy for not collabing one on one with them, but that wasn't a problem for the guys (who she said was worried they'd bring in "guy humor") and to date has more solo collab with males than with females
>backlog is still untouched, gave really shitty excuses for not playing them (said she wanted to stream OoT and MM, then said if she hasn't because if she played a Zelda game she would "feel" she has to play them all)
>no more creative content, all she has now are low effort handcam streams and a shitty ARG no one but her autistic, hand-clapping audience of mentally retarded manchildren give a fuck about
