Ame would be nowhere near as popular if she sounded like she came straight out Xenoblade's shit dubs, I'll tell you that much right now.
That aside Ame's design is pretty basic but she really made it her own and it's hard not to applaud her for it. The time travel thing probably wasn't part of the original design docs but it's hard to imagine Ame now without all of her kino timeline autism.
