>>349659She used two bars of the chocolate, and it's Lindt milk chocolate unless I'm mistaken. As for a rough recipe...
-One part almonds, one part walnuts, one part dried blueberries, 2-3 parts cornflakes.
-Crush the cornflakes with a rolling pin, they're for structure and crunch so you don't want to pulverize them
-Chop the nuts fine, you want little pieces not a fine powder. You mainly just want to break down the big chunks to start and then keep chopping until they're small but not snortable.
-Chop up the blueberries, roughly the same size as the nuts. These are mostly for flavor rather than texture so if you cut them up really small it's not going to hurt anything to overdo it.
-A step Kiara probably should have done is pre-mix the dry ingredients before adding to her melted chocolate to get a more even mix.
-Once the chocolate is warmed and melted (careful not to overdo it, you don't want to burn, scorch or separate the chocolate) add in your dry ingredients and, using a spatula, lift and fold the mixture to help integrate the nuts, flakes and berries into the chocolate.
-Gently mix until everything is evenly coated in a layer of chocolate and portion as desired, Kiara used a scoop of some kind but for these you could use your hands to make balls, spread it out in an even layer on a sheet pan to make bars, or take some of your remaining nuts and make little turtles.
