Tempus hire make me think its on good direction, though i dont think Tempus's guy will be make it like Gura tier popularity & impact they still have something that filter people.
I dont doubt EN3 will have their breakout star but i honestly doubt it will be industry-changing, at best we simply get gura 2.0. It's not bad but they just tapping already existing audience.
Like other anon said, HoloEN talent scouting is formulaic.
If holostars scout department know what theyre doing, i dont doubt we might get actual breakout stars in Holostars, there's potential untapped market there.
I can sorta imagine what kind talent EN3 will have from HoloEN prev gen but i legit cant imagine what kind starsEN2 talent will be.
For me it will be at starsEN3, i believe in holo 3rd gen magic.
I think starsEN2 will have 1-2 breakout star that bring new audience & starsEN3 will be the golden generation that incline the brand to the moon, unironically i believe starsEN will save holostars brand & en male vtubing as whole.
