Her early rap stuff was a novelty in the VTubing industry so people were interested.
RIP (chuuni in hindsight, but good at the time), Red, Off with their heads, Cursed Night and End of a Life are universally agreed to be her good songs.
Recently, she started repeating past lines or repeating rhymes, so that part annoys some people. Her newer songs can be hit or miss.
Bigger issues is that her personality is not well liked, mainly because she tries to push other Holos into male collabs.
People dislike her --> They dislike her rap (even if they haven't heard it).
